AQA is seeking a Service Transition Lead to drive the introduction, readiness and governance of technology services across the organisation. The role involves working with senior technology leaders, project teams and operational stakeholders to ensure successful and sustainable service transitions in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Practitioner or higher preferred).
• Proven experience in service transition, service management and/or IT project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading transition and organisational design activity for managed service implementations.
• Experience operating within ITIL-based environments and processes.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with change and PMO teams to ensure timely delivery of service-related documentation.
• Assess service transition requirements with programmes and projects.
• Provide go-live readiness recommendations and service acceptance.
• Define and secure sign-off for acceptance into service at key milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth transition into live service.
