Job summary

One to One personnel Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Planner & Coordinator to join our Southend-on-Sea team. The permanent role offers £29,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, aimed at coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and client needs to deliver services safely and on time.

You will work with Services Management to plan and coordinate works across sites, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance while maintaining strong client communication and internal

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling compliance works across multiple sites.
• Maximising engineer utilisation based on location, skills, and certifications.
• Liaising with clients to arrange bookings, reschedule works, and manage service delivery expectations.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all job requirements are communicated effectively.
• Preparing and issuing job documentation, permits, risk assessments, and compliance paperwork.
• Monitoring work progress through digital compliance systems.
• Ensuring compliance reports and certificates are completed, distributed, and uploaded to customer portals.
• Working closely with Sales, Key Accounts, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure contractual targets and service levels are achieved.
