Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Planner & Coordinator for Legionella Services in Southend-on-Sea. You will plan and coordinate day-to-day service delivery, ensuring engineers are efficiently allocated and jobs are scheduled to meet client needs.

The role requires organised prioritisation, strong IT skills and the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating service delivery.
• Experience coordinating field-based engineers or surveyors.
• Experience in Legionella, water hygiene or building services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Legionella service delivery works across engineering and surveying teams.
• Maximise engineer utilisation by considering location, qualifications and availability.
• Schedule PPM works in advance to give clients and teams notice.
• Coordinate subcontractors and issue work instructions.
• Ensure documentation, RAMS and permits are in place before site attendance.
