Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineer workloads to maximise efficiency.
• Coordinate jobs and service visits across client sites.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and confirm schedules.
• Serve as central point of contact between clients, engineers and internal teams.
• Ensure works are booked and delivered within timescales.
• Monitor progress and update internal systems with accurate data.
• Prepare job documentation, permits, reports and certificates.
• Create work programmes for larger contracts.
• Support invoicing by recording completed works.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Delivery team.
