Job summary

Siamo Recruitment, a division of Siamo Group, is seeking an Engineer Co-Ordinator and Planner to schedule and optimise workloads for in-house installation engineers and manage third-party suppliers.

You will coordinate installations, maintenance visits, reactive works and emergency call-outs while maintaining strong client relationships and keeping systems up to date. UK driving license is a plus as is experience in security environments.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling exposure is essential.
• Previous Engineer co-ordination is essential.
• Previous exposure working security would be advantageous.
• Previous exposure working with all departments.
• Ability to prioritise.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads for in-house security and technology installation engineers.
• Schedule and manage third-party suppliers.
• Maximise engineer utilisation while minimising travel time and operational costs.
• Coordinate installations, maintenance visits, removals, emergency call-outs and reactive works.
• Monitor engineer capacity and proactively manage changing priorities throughout the working day.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and external partners.
• Monitor job progress and quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or operational issues.
• Ensure all completed works are accurately closed within company systems and prepared for invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and job management systems.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), customer deadlines and business KPIs are consistently achieved.
