Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex operational projects and provide portfolio governance. You will report to C-suite stakeholders and shape team strategy while guiding Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle.

Required: at least five years in senior PM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and a background in BPO or similar fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with in-office presence across multiple UK locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of senior project management experience.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Experience in a BPO environment or similar fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams, securing resources and delivery plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on delivery costs milestones resources and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with governance quality regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead multiple complex projects and manage cross-project risks and dependencies.
• Provide direction and coach project managers and wider teams.
• Develop and embed project policies processes and standards.
• Provide senior portfolio governance across all projects with clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships to enable delivery and change adoption.
• Apply PRINCE2 principles consistently across planning governance controls and delivery.
• Own risk issue and dependency management with timely escalation and mitigation.
