Job summary

World Wide Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Services Executive - Strategic Resourcing to expand the firm’s footprint within core customer accounts by aligning workforce strategy, delivery models, and long-term services with business outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging hiring managers and executives, leading workforce planning discussions, and shaping multi-quarter services engagements through discovery, SOW design, and commercial modeling.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic resourcing and workforce planning.
• Ability to translate client needs into multi-quarter services roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives (Director, VP, C‑Suite).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Strategic Resourcing SME embedded with client executives and account teams.
• Lead consultative conversations on workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Identify and size services opportunities across contracts and programs; drive end-to-end engagements.
