Job summary

Laddaw Ltd in Cardington, England is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to optimise technician capacity and ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will analyse workforce data, collaborate with Planning, Operations, Forecasting and People teams, and develop plans, dashboards and reports to drive operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems, preferably UKG/Kronos.
• Strong forecasting and planning knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights with dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce, productivity and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop resource plans to maximise technician utilisation and meet demand.
• Monitor planned vs actual hours and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support capacity planning aligned to forecasted demand.
• Produce reporting and dashboards on labour, productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers to optimise resource deployment and scheduling.
