Autoglass® is seeking a highly analytical Resource Planning Analyst to optimise technician capacity and workforce utilisation. You’ll collaborate with Planning, Operations, Forecasting and People teams to deliver data-driven insights that improve customer experience.
Based in Bedford with hybrid working (2 days on-site), you’ll manage rosters, monitor hours and develop plans that align with forecasted demand, while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Hybrid, Bedford 2-days per week
£35,000 - £40,000 + annual company performance related bonus up to 20%, 25 days annual + bank holidays, private medical cover, employer pension contribution up to 10%
Are you a highly analytical planner who enjoys working with data to drive operational performance? We're looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to play a key role in ensuring we have the right resources, in the right place, at the right time to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with our Planning, Operations, Forecasting and People teams, you'll use workforce data and operational insights to optimise technician capacity, improve productivity and support effective decision-making across the business.
