Job summary

Belron UK Limited is recruiting for a Workforce Planning Analyst in Bedford. This hybrid role combines data-driven planning to maximise technician utilisation with capacity forecasting and performance reporting.

You will collaborate with Operational Managers and key stakeholders to optimise resources and improve efficiency. We offer a salary of £35,000–£40,000, a performance bonus up to 20%, and a benefits package including private medical cover and a pension contribution up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience with WFM systems such as UKG/Kronos.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, forecasting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and presentation.
• Experience using Power Query for data transformation and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce, productivity and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain resource plans to optimise technician utilisation and meet demand.
• Monitor planned vs actual hours and provide insights to improve performance.
• Support capacity planning aligned to forecasted demand.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on labour utilisation and efficiency.
• Investigate drivers of underperformance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support scenario planning and what-if modelling for forecast changes.
• Manage technician rosters, working patterns and skill profiles.
