Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst in Manchester to produce and analyse workforce and resource management reporting on utilisation, capacity, deployment and operational performance. You will maintain accurate planning data and support forecasting, budgeting and resource deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment, project management or a related operational role within a professional environment.
• Confident communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience of workforce planning tools would be beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling high volumes of information and reporting.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage expectations and escalation risks when needed.

• Produce and analyse workforce and resource management reporting on utilisation, capacity, deployment and operational performance.
