Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a capable leader to manage commercial contract renewals, remedial quotations, and sales administration from our Birmingham on-site base. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate, timely renewals, and drive revenue through proactive client engagement and effective quotation handling.

You will oversee pricing changes, scope adjustments, and the end-to-end renewal process while coordinating with finance and operations to finalise documentation and maintain excellent client

Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management (essential).
• Experience in supervisory/management roles driving performance improvements.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and estimating principles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, contract management software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team handling renewal cycles, remedial quotations and sales administration.
• Oversee end‑to‑end renewal processes and proactive client engagement to drive revenue.
• Review terms, pricing adjustments, and scope changes with internal teams.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to finalise renewal documentation.
• Track pipeline, quotations, and performance metrics; report on trends.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and compliant with contracts.
