Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a seasoned leader to head a specialist team responsible for commercial contract renewals, remedial quoting, and sales administration. This role drives revenue growth while maintaining high client satisfaction and contract compliance.

You will oversee end‑to‑end renewal cycles, coordinate with finance and operations, and ensure quotations are accurate and competitive. A strong background in contract management and CRM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management.
• Supervisory/management experience driving performance improvements and talent development.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and estimating principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators handling renewals and quotes.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and foster collaboration for accuracy and client service.
• Manage workload allocation to meet deadlines across multiple contracts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end renewal process and proactively engage clients.
• Review terms, pricing adjustments, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with finance/ops to finalise renewal docs and track pipeline.
