Job summary

Boden Group in Birmingham is seeking a Client Commercial Team Manager to lead a team responsible for contract renewals, remedial quoting, and sales administration within a fire protection and security systems business.

You will supervise 3 renewal coordinators, manage end-to-end renewal processes, prepare quotations, and act as escalation point for complex negotiations. This on-site role focuses on client retention, profitability, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management.
• Supervisory or management experience, with a track record of driving performance improvement and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and estimating principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and developing a team of contract administrators and estimators handling renewal cycles, remedial quotations, and sales administration.
• Managing workload allocation across multiple contracts and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Overseeing the full renewal process for commercial service contracts, including pricing adjustments and scope changes.
• Directing quotation preparation for remedial and additional scope work, establishing standardised pricing methodologies and approval workflows.
• Maintaining CRM systems, sales tracking, and generating reports on renewal success rates and remedial work trends.
• Building relationships with key clients to support contract retention and expansion.
• Developing and refining SOPs for renewals and quoting workflows.
• Ensuring renewals and quotations comply with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
