Job summary

Tungsten Automation Corporation is seeking an experienced SAE Strategic Retention to drive renewal revenues for maintenance, SaaS, and subscriptions across an assigned regional scope. • Experience leading renewal programs for SaaS and maintenance contracts.
• Ability to develop renewal policies, procedures and customer-facing activities.
• Strong collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams to maximize retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal efforts across the designated region, influencing global retention outcomes.
• Own renewal bookings and revenue for maintenance, SaaS and subscriptions, increasing GRR.
• Coordinate proactive renewal teams and executive sponsorship programs to elevate relationships and unblock escalations.
• Conduct value realization reviews by measuring client performance against success criteria during reviews.
• Monitor telemetry and trends to intervene before customers consider leaving and drive proactive renewals.
