You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, lead renewal-focused initiatives, and translate complex tech to executives while traveling up to 30–40% for on-site workshops and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in highly technical, customer-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, API integrations, cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts to engineers and executives.
• Proven track record in navigating complex IT environments.
• Experience prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical vanguard for strategic accounts, ensuring rapid time-to-value.
• Operate within Renewal SWAT teams for at-risk accounts.
• Enable executive sponsorship programs with deep technical insights.
• Map technical milestones to business success criteria for QBRs.
• Monitor system performance and telemetry to preempt outages.
• Deliver enablement and training to client engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Take initiative across engagements with accountability.
