Job summary

Beeline seeks a seasoned program leader to manage a complex vendor management program for enterprise clients. You will own client relationships, drive supplier performance, and steer continuous improvements across the program lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be composed, highly organized, able to challenge suppliers when needed, and maintain rigorous control of program details while shaping the broader client relationship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or external partners and holding them accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Ability to drive decisions across organizations with clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program delivery across submission, screening, onboarding, staffing readiness, and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, interview teams, onboarding resources, and partners.
• Respond to issues, ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and process discipline.
• Forecast workload and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
