Responsibilities

• Set annual net rent budget and define targets.
• Lead quarterly reforecasting for the portfolio.
• Work closely with various teams to understand rental income drivers.
• Prepare ExCo updates on leasing performance.
• Provide financial analysis for proposed leasing deals.
• Support JV finance team with annual business plan.
