• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2-5 years' experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases.
• Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
• Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procurement.
