Job summary

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking an ambitious cost management professional to support day‑to‑day delivery on small to medium projects and larger programmes. You will assist with budgets, cost plans, reporting, risk and value management, and contract administration within public sector environments.

The role requires a degree in construction, cost management, engineering or QS, ideally MRICS, plus 4+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Client-facing project delivery experience across small to medium projects or programmes.
• Knowledge of budgets, cost plans and client reporting.
• Experience with risk and value management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day delivery on small to medium projects and larger programmes.
• Assist in budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.
• Support risk and value management and tender evaluation.
• Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Ensure timely, high-quality outputs and compliance with client governance.
