Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
• MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day delivery responsibility for projects with minimal supervision.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management.
• Contract administration including valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to procurement and contracts.
• Support bid and tender preparation and business development.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement.
