Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an ambitious professional to join its FM & Contractor Services arm in the UK & Europe. The role focuses on delivering cost management, commercial support, and project management across public and private sector projects.

You will work with directors and teams to manage budgets, contracts, and client reporting, ensuring high standards of delivery. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, are progressing MRICS, and bring 4+ years’ experience with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Ideally degree qualified in construction, cost management, engineering or quantity surveying.
• Working towards MRICS or equivalent qualification or experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in the Real Estate/construction sector is desirable.
• Strong communication and IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day delivery of small to medium projects and larger programmes.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports; support risk and value management.
• Contract administration including valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
• Develop business by networking and client relationship building.
• Ensure quality, health and safety, and governance compliance in outputs.
