Cumming Group UK & Europe in London seeks a driven Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to own cost management on high-profile projects across construction, real estate and infrastructure. You will work client‑facing, lead cost plans, budgets and reporting, and mentor junior team members in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cost management or consultancy, MRICS preferred, and a track record across pre- and post-contract stages, with strong knowledge of JCT/NEC

Qualifications
