We seek an experienced professional with 4+ years' experience, MRICS progress, and proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver budgets and cost plans to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction/cost management or related field.
• Working towards MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Proven leadership experience and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day delivery of small to medium projects and assist larger programmes.
• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.
• Support risk and value management and contract administration.
• Prepare bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and performance on timely outputs.
• Deliver outputs to a high standard of quality and assist with governance and compliance.
