Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead major capital programmes and deliver outcomes across construction environments. You will drive programme lifecycle governance, interdependencies, and effective delivery management to translate objectives into measurable results.

You will advise clients and senior stakeholders, providing leadership, risk management, and robust governance frameworks across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital programmes in construction environments.
• Proven achievement of benefits and outcomes for clients/employers.
• Familiarity with MSP/PMI governance and disciplined project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium/large transformation/real estate programmes with measurable benefits.
• Establish governance & controls for programme rigor and compliance.
• Engage stakeholders with clear communication and professional reporting for leadership reviews.
• Oversee programme logs, reporting, data quality, governance and secretariat duties.
• Promote high performance and talent development within the team and across client groups.
