Acorn Limited in Slough is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and develop our procurement function, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and compliant supplier relationships. You will report to the Managing Director and support operational delivery across the business.

Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, driving supplier performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance value within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in supplier management and commercial negotiation.
• Experience in procurement or supply chain within building services, facilities management, engineering or construction.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities to support operational delivery.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships for quality and value.
• Negotiate commercial agreements to secure best outcomes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain improvements.
