Qualifications

• Manufacturing procurement experience with an engineering background preferred.
• Ability to build and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong communication and cost-improvement focus.
• Experience with supplier KPIs and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Buyer with day-to-day procurement activities and expedite orders.
• Manage MRP requirements to support production schedules and recovery plans.
• Review Bills of Materials and perform system checks for materials and shipping.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimise price and lead times.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on contract and supply chain questions.
• Provide input to project meetings on supply chain matters.
• Monitor process performance and produce regular management information.
