Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a permanent, on-site procurement leadership role in our aerospace division. You will lead a team, drive strategic procurement activities and work cross-functionally to support production schedules, supplier relationships and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, a proven record in cost optimisation and risk mitigation, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Formación

• Experience using SAP.
• Experience within the aerospace industry.
• Strategic procurement leadership experience, including cost optimisation, supplier reliability and risk mitigation.
• Experience leading, mentoring and coaching team members.
• Strong supplier relationship management skills.
• The ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and use data to support decision-making.
• Experience collaborating across functions to support production and organisational objectives.
• A valid driving licence and an acceptable driving record.
• The ability to travel to supplier sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to achieve departmental goals.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA and MRP systems.
• Apply continuous improvement tools to develop processes.
• Attend weekly site management meetings.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members.
• Drive procurement strategies aligned with cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and coach buyers to improve negotiation skills and compliance.
• Collaborate with SRM and Supplier Quality to maintain strategic partnerships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support long-term planning with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with Operations, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align procurement with production schedules.
