Job summary

EDF Energy in Sunderland is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to lead process architecture and change adoption across the organisation. You will collaborate with senior leaders, enterprise architects and transformation teams to align processes, data and digital platforms with strategic objectives.

You will build and develop a small team, drive end-to-end process improvement and influence operating models while delivering scalable, digitally enabled processes to support growth in

Qualifications

• Experience leading business process architecture and transformation initiatives within large organisations.
• Ability to design and implement process governance and operating models that enable growth.
• Strong stakeholder management with Directors and Executives.
• Proven track record delivering or supporting major transformation programmes and sustaining change.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and future operating model development.
• Own and develop the organisation's business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities.
• Lead change adoption activities to ensure new ways of working are embedded.
• Develop and maintain process governance, standards and best practice.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on process design and optimisation.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
