Zenith Vehicles is seeking a Portfolio Demand Lead in Leeds to steer demand management across business areas and technology domains. Based at Kirkstall Forge with hybrid agile working, you will shape opportunities and ensure investment aligns with priorities and business value.

You will join Group Change & Transformation, providing governance support and a prioritised pipeline to progress demand into delivery while partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, demand management, change or delivery.
• Strong understanding of demand intake, shaping and prioritisation.
• Ability to produce clear portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships and influence across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand management across assigned business areas and technology domains.
• Shape and assess opportunities from intake through governance and delivery.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations balancing strategy, value and risk.
• Maintain a prioritised portfolio with accurate governance information.
• Produce reporting and insight for senior decision-makers and forums.
• Identify and address portfolio risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective decisions.
