• Experience in portfolio and demand management across business areas.
• Ability to shape opportunities from intake through prioritisation and governance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and form evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience producing portfolio reporting for senior decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demand management across assigned business areas and technology domains.
• Shape and assess opportunities from intake through prioritisation, governance and progression into delivery.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations balancing strategy, value, risk and capacity.
• Maintain a clear, prioritised pipeline with accurate portfolio information.
• Produce reporting and insights for senior decision-makers and governance forums.
• Identify and address portfolio risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, architects and technology leaders to support decisions.
