Job summary

1st Executive Ltd. is seeking an IT Procurement Manager in the Leeds/Bradford area. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, and focuses on shaping IT sourcing strategies, managing key suppliers and delivering cost efficiencies.

You will work with stakeholders to drive commercial value, negotiate complex deals, and strengthen IT governance. A regulated environment experience and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT procurement within a regulated environment.
• Strong commercial instincts, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with contracts, terms and commercial levers.

Responsibilities

• Support IT category and sub-category strategy development.
• Lead and support RFPs, renewals, and negotiations (including complex deals).
• Manage relationships and performance for key strategic suppliers.
• Influence sourcing decisions across the business.
• Produce clear deal summaries and recommendations.
• Analyse IT spend, cost drivers, and savings opportunities.
• Help evolve and strengthen the IT Sourcing function.
