Zenith Vehicles is seeking a Portfolio Demand Lead in Leeds to steer demand management across business areas and technology domains. Based at Kirkstall Forge with hybrid agile working, you will shape opportunities and ensure investment aligns with priorities and business value.

You will join Group Change & Transformation, providing governance support and a prioritised pipeline to progress demand into delivery while partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, demand management, change or delivery.
• Strong understanding of demand intake, shaping and prioritisation.
• Ability to produce clear portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships and influence across business and technology teams.

We are currently looking for a Portfolio Demand Lead to lead demand management across assigned business areas and technology domains. Based at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, with hybrid agile working, you will shape, assess and progress opportunities while ensuring investment decisions align with strategic priorities and business value.

You will join our Group Change & Transformation function, working across business and technology teams to create a clear, prioritised pipeline of initiatives. Your insight will support effective governance, investment decisions and the successful progression of demand into delivery.

What's The Role

• Lead demand management across assigned business areas and technology domains.
• Shape and assess opportunities from initial intake through prioritisation, governance and progression into delivery.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations that balance strategy, business value, risk, dependencies and capacity.
• Maintain a clear, prioritised pipeline supported by accurate and transparent portfolio information.
• Produce reporting, management information and insight for senior decision-makers and governance forums.
• Identify and address portfolio risks, dependencies, constraints and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects and technology leaders to support effective decisions.

What Can You Offer

• Bring experience in portfolio management, demand management, change, delivery or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of demand intake, shaping, assessment, prioritisation and portfolio management.
