Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience in portfolio, programme, demand, or delivery management.
• Experience supporting or running governance cadences with executive reporting.
• Ability to align demand to delivery capacity and constraints, including sequencing.
• Hands-on project management support to initiatives where delivery is led by others.
• Experience working in education, multi-site or highly devolved organisations is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Act as a primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand, shape, and triage demand.
• Provide delivery leadership across initiatives from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating into functional and non-functional specs.
• Build strong relationships, facilitate workshops, and coordinate delivery with internal teams and partners.
• Apply PMO practices to manage demand, delivery, and reporting, including RAID logs and governance packs.
