John Sisk & Son Ltd. is seeking a Lead Planner or Planning Manager for our Life Science & Tech UK operations.

You will lead and deliver planning and scheduling for assigned projects, ensuring robust programmes align with contractual requirements and are monitored for timely delivery. The role reports to the Project Controls Lead or Lead Planner, provides guidance to project teams, and drives proactive decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction planning and project scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of project planning software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes across multiple disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating planning with cost, risk and resource management.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules for design, procurement and construction phases.
• Monitor programme progress, identify delays and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment of activities with resources, constraints and milestones.
• Prepare short-term lookahead programmes and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies across disciplines.
