Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking a Lead Planner to own planning and programme management across a busy construction framework. You will coordinate multiple programmes from pre-construction to handover, mentor a growing team and establish standard planning processes across the framework.

You will lead on critical path analysis, ensure programme integrity, and work with Project Managers, Design Managers and Commercial teams to optimise delivery. This is a senior, on-site role within a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience in construction.
• Experience within a framework environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programmes.
• Proven experience leading a planning team.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and Option B desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and programme management across a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and manage a growing planning team.
• Establish consistent planning standards, templates and reporting.
• Develop integral programmes from pre-construction through handover.
• Integrate procurement, design and construction planning activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the planning team.
• Produce weekly and monthly programme reporting for stakeholders.
• Support tendering and pre-construction planning activities.
