Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Lead Planner/Planning Manager for its UK Life Science & Tech division based in England. The role focuses on leading planning, scheduling and governance of project programmes to ensure on-time delivery aligned with contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will guide project teams, drive proactive decisions and supervise senior, professional and junior planners across design, procurement and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to manage complex programmes across multiple disciplines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules for design, procurement and construction phases.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and update short-term lookahead programmes and monthly progress reports.
• Mentor and develop planning staff and promote best practices.
