Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in London seeks a Senior Planner to lead the planning management for pre-construction and construction phases on a major commercial scheme. You will develop baseline and tender programmes with clear logic and critical path, and drive improvements against contract targets.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, progress analysis and strong people leadership to coordinate design, procurement and site activities with the management team.

Qualifications

• Advanced project management skills for construction planning and controls.
• Experience with progress analysis and S-curves to monitor cost and resources.
• Active participation in management and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of baseline and tender programmes with full critical path logic.
• Prepare construction (target) programmes showing improvements vs contract programme.
• Develop 4D graphical models or 2D phasing plans for sequence, build and logistics.
• Engage supply chain to align design, lead-ins and construction periods with resources.
• Provide programme information to management and maintain electronic planning documents.
