Job summary

House of Commons is seeking a Lead People Partner to join the People Management team within People and Culture. You will support senior leaders through organisational change, delivering pragmatic HR solutions and high-quality service to achieve people outcomes in line with the House Strategy.

With a minimum CIPD Level 7 qualification and extensive HR experience across casework, employee relations and workforce planning, you will drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leaders to embed

Qualifications

• HR professional qualification (minimum CIPD Level 7), a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience across the full range of HR subject areas, including casework and employee relations (TUS).
• Ability to partner with senior leaders through organisational change and drive people outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders through the full lifecycle of change, from design to embedding new ways of working.
• Provide strategic HR advice and problem-solving support to directors and managers.
• Handle employee casework, workforce planning and development activities.
