Job summary
SGN is seeking a Senior People Partner to support senior leaders across Corporate Functions in driving high performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness. You will provide expert guidance on people strategy, employee relations, change, and leadership development in a hybrid London setting.
You will partner with the People Partners to ensure proactive relations, oversee policy improvements, and help shape how the People team operates across sites in the South England and Scotland
Qualifications
- Experience in senior generalist HR roles such as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Experience in coaching or directing People Partners and building capability.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations with pragmatic application.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on people strategy, employee relations, organisational change and leadership development.
- Support People Partners to drive proactive employee relations and policy governance.
- Review and improve policies, processes and ways of working for simplicity and governance.
- Lead people data analytics to identify workforce risks and inform decisions.
- Oversee restructuring initiatives and change programs with unions and representatives.
