Job summary

Salutem Care & Education seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with operational leaders, delivering expert HR guidance on employee relations, development and people management. You will support the People Plan, drive HR projects and ensure compliant, effective policies while coaching managers to optimise performance.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable) or equivalent, strong UK employment law knowledge, and experience managing complex ER cases.

Qualifications

CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
Excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Experience in education, healthcare, social care or multi-site environments is advantageous.
Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the People Plan and align with organisational objectives.
Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice to managers and leaders.
Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation and best practice.
Lead and deliver key HR projects and business integrations.
Develop and deliver HR training for managers and operational teams.
