Job summary

HRLife Ltd in London is seeking a People Partner with extensive HR generalist experience to support a key area of the business and lead initiatives that keep the organisation a great place to work. You’ll focus on development, engagement and practical people solutions at pace.

You’ll act as a strategic problem-solver, collaborate with senior leaders, and help embed new ways of working while driving continuous improvement and robust people practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of working as an HR generalist or at People Partner level.
• Experience of partnering with Centres of Excellence with a proven track record of delivering initiatives such as talent, succession planning, engagement etc
• Have a solid knowledge of good HR practice/employment law and experience of translating this into innovative and effective practical solutions in a large complex organization
• Be highly pragmatic, flexible and adaptable with the ability to tailor your approach to meet contrasting needs and demands
• Have the ability to draw insights from data and apply solutions to drive change

Responsibilities

• Building strong credible relationships with senior leaders across the business
• Acting as a coach and sounding board to senior managers, suggesting ideas and embedding new ways of working
• Working with the Centres of Excellence to drive people strategies and support the delivery of projects on a variety of people related activities
• Provide leadership and management to the People Advisors with a focus on continuous development that supports collaboration and effective delivery
• Provide data analytics and meaningful insights to Directors to support their people decisions
• Ensuring new employees are on-boarded and inducted effectively and supported
• Managing engagement activities and embedding new initiatives to drive positive culture
• Focusing on continuous improvement, updating policies and ensuring it remains a great place to work
• Managing high risk or highly sensitive ER cases
• Supporting with benchmarking activities
• Managing headcount and resource planning processes
• Leading and driving projects to successful completion
