Job summary

EA First in the South Cambridge area is seeking a Senior People Partner to drive HR strategy and partner with the CEO and senior HR leadership. You’ll shape strategy across talent planning, leadership development, ER & culture, performance and reward, and organisational change while managing 1 HR teammate in a busy project-based environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive HR business partnering experience in engineering or project-based settings and CIPD Level 7 or equivalent; 16-month

Qualifications

• Significant HR business partnering experience in engineering, technical consultancy or project-based environments.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering with CEO and senior leadership.
• Talent & workforce planning across the organisation.
• Leadership development, coaching & performance management.
• ER & culture development and change management.
• Project & bid support and HR policy updates.
