Job summary

The Organisational Development Advisor role at University of Staffordshire, based at Stoke Campus, sits within HR & OD to support transformation, develop talent and leadership, and embed an inclusive culture across the university.

You will diagnose needs, design and deliver interventions, evaluate outcomes, and maximise digital learning platforms while embedding values and behaviours. A degree and CIPD membership are preferred, with a proactive, digitally confident approach.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience and CIPD membership preferred.
• Background in learning and development and organisational development theories.
• Ability to design inclusive and impactful initiatives and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose needs across the OD cycle and design interventions.
• Lead cultural change programmes and leadership development initiatives.
• Maximise digital learning platforms and embed shared values and behaviours.
• Evaluate outcomes to measure impact and workforce capability.
