Job summary

Anderson Knight Limited is recruiting an Organisational Development Advisor to shape workforce capability, leadership development and culture across a large, complex transformation programme. Working with senior leaders and People Services, you will design and deliver OD initiatives, support change and improve organisational effectiveness, engagement and resilience to future-proof the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organisational Development, Change Management or HR Business Partnering environments.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience developing leadership, talent and succession planning initiatives.
• Good understanding of organisational design, workforce planning and employee engagement best practice.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver organisational development initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and business performance.
• Support organisational change, transformation and restructuring activities with stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct organisational reviews and diagnostics to identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and implement frameworks for workforce planning, succession, talent development and resilience.
• Design and deliver leadership and management development initiatives to strengthen capability.
