Job summary

London North West Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an experienced OD and L&D professional to design, deliver and evaluate development programmes across the organisation. You will diagnose learning needs, create impactful interventions and support culture change to enhance patient care and efficiency.

Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven methods are essential. The role requires CIPD level qualification, a Master’s in HRM/OD or equivalent, and a proven track record in health sector development

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering OD and learning programmes.
• Ability to diagnose culture change and drive performance improvement.
• Experience in staff development and leadership programmes within health/hospital settings.
• Understanding of adult learning, engagement, and change management theories.
• Evidence of continuous professional development and relevant OD qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OD and learning initiatives to meet identified needs.
• Lead a variety of training programmes promoting staff and team development.
• Analyse data and use diagnostic tools to drive culture change and improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to align HR/OD activity with patient experience and quality goals.
