Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking an OD & Talent Specialist to shape the talent strategy and develop frameworks that enable career progression across the University.

You will collaborate with leaders to deliver inclusive talent initiatives, support internal mobility and strengthen organisational effectiveness, culture and performance, while contributing to the University's Road to 2035 ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience of talent management and/or organisational development within a complex organisation.
• Experience delivering talent or organisational development strategies.
• Strong ability to translate insight into practical solutions that drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of Talent Strategy initiatives across the University.
• Develop frameworks that support talent identification, development and succession planning.
• Create guidance and tools for career conversations and progression.
• Design and evaluate organisational development interventions that improve effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce data and turn insights into recommendations.
• Support strategic workforce planning to drive high performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed inclusive talent practices.
