Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals seeks an experienced Leadership and Organisational Development Advisor to design and deliver leadership and management development programmes, provide coaching and mentoring, and support bespoke team development across the Trust.

Working with leaders, managers and services, you will enable leadership capability, strengthen team effectiveness and embed positive behavioural change aligned with Trust values and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject with professional development.
• Structured professional and career development evidence.
• Management qualification at diploma level or equivalent.
• Coaching qualification or substantial senior coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver accredited and non-accredited leadership programmes for staff.
• Coordinate and improve the Trust's leadership development offer with materials and evaluation.
• Provide OD consultancy to teams, diagnosing issues and designing interventions.
• Facilitate bespoke team development and engagement sessions.
• Deliver coaching to leaders and managers, individually and in groups.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Deliver 360-degree feedback, appraisals, and translate insights into action.
