Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic OEM accounts across the UK and Ireland from a home-based role, with regular travel to customer sites throughout the UK and Ireland. This position reports to the EMEA sales team and offers flexibility for candidates based in Ireland where possible.

You will build durable customer relationships, lead technical and commercial discussions, and coordinate internal resources to deliver outstanding service and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven track record in Account Management, Sales Development, or Project Management within a technical environment.
• Experience with OEM accounts and industrial sectors is a plus.
• Fluent English with willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow designated OEM accounts across the UK and Ireland.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary Danfoss commercial contact.
• Understand customer organisations, product portfolios, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions on Danfoss products and solutions.
• Support strategic account planning and coordinate activity across international customer organisations.
