Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Strategic National Account Manager to lead a three-person Account Management team and drive a major c£20m UK account within the defence sector. You will coach, mentor and maintain high-level client relationships, splitting time between head office and client meetings. The role requires a commercially driven mindset and a proven track record in contract electronics manufacturing. Milton Keynes hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of account managers.
• Proven track record in contract electronics manufacturing.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 direct Account Managers, collaborating with support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee and develop a major UK account worth c£20m, maintaining relationships across sites at senior level.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver world-class outcomes.
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to the Managing Director.
